Just in case (although rare) I normally export a helpdesk file. Other than that, I would suggest:
- Log in (at least for the install) as a local admin. Even if you have to get IT involved.
Turn off firewall temporarily
Turn of any AntiVirus temporarily
When prompted, YES. Import from the previous version.
