Application Error 0x000007b

Good morning,

I am getting a application error on a computer that I was using to do offline programming, and one day it just gave me this error. I've tried everything it seems like; Compatibility mode, administrator mode, .net framework, uninstall, reinstall. nothing seems to work.

I have cmm manager 3.8 SP1 on it. I also have a duplicate workstation with Identical hardware, same OS build that runs it just fine. Im stumped.
