AS9102 Report Form - UPDATED

Post by US_Helpdesk » Wed Apr 10, 2013 5:55 pm

Attached is the AS 9102 report conversion form. Just copy the CMM-Manager Excel report to the Report sheet and press the [Convert] button. Page 1, 2 & 3 of the AS9102 report are populated automatically.

Reference Location, Bubble Number & Characteristic Designator can be populated on Form3 by adding a note to the report item when programmed in CMM-Manager as shown below in GREEN. Note: The THREE values are all entered into one report NOTE with comma delimitation - i.e. first value, second value, third value

Serial Number, Part Rev, Drawing Number, etc. can be populated on Form1 by adding Customer Data Fields with the names as shown below in ORANGE.

Edit: 9/17/2013 - Added support for User Defined Dimension and improved Note handling.

Edit: 3/11/2014 - Improved [Clear Report] speed and added support for multi-note mapping (Reference Location, Bubble Number & Characteristic Designator)

I started playing with this today. I have one report with 196 reportable features but the form only went to feature 96.

try again... I just looked at the code.

Code: Select all

'Find Last Row of Data in Column A
   With Sheets("report")
        LastRow = .Cells(.Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Row
    End With
It seems I try to find the last row of data. Maybe you can send me your report in XLS format. I can step through the code and try to fix it.

You can access the VBA module with the password - "goiq"

I've attached the code at text for review.

I just copy three reports into the Report Tab and ran the conversion... 198 dimensions in form 3, no problem.

Please send your report. It seems my parser is not accounting for someting here. Any large gaps / empty spaces in the first column of the CMM-M report?

Is it possible that True Position is missing?

Yes.... It is. I just realized this and have updated the VBA code in the Excel Sheet. I will re-upload an updated sheet soon.

Edit... I just uploaded an updated version of the converter. Check the top of this thread.

looks like a good form, would be great if there was an unlocked version so that i could make the form printable on a single sheet of paper. Is there an unlocked version here as mentioned or what is the pass word?
Thanks
