Slot with Separate Position Tolerances

Post by R S Leedy » Thu Jun 06, 2019 2:26 pm

What is the best way to analyze / report a slot for separate positional tolerances i.e. with and length have different positional tolerances see below (CMM Manager 3.8.2.6387)

Look for bilateral position:
RIBBON>REPORT>BILATERAL POSITION

It looks like the symbol for position with a red bowtie under it. In the dialog box you are able to select the radio button for which axis you wish to evaluate.

They way I check this is click on the bilateral position just as Ryan said. The position .015 is bilateral to the "X" datum and the .030 to the "Y" datum.
