This is why you frequently see SP25 specific styli that have high tip to shank ratio. Just be sure you are using the right probing for your app...

Re: UCC Server

I think the name of the Cal Sphere is the issue here... Just like the Probe Assembly / Tool Name correlation, the Cal Sphere name must also be identical in CMM-M and UCC Server.

Re: UCC Server

PH20 User Guide describes this... Note although this document was created with PH20 probe in mind, it applies to any probing system used with UCC Server and CMM-Manager

i.e. - C:\ProgramData\Nikon\CMM-Manager 3.4 SP1\Options\IGES.txt

Re: Circular Runout

Circular Runout and Total Runout are accessed from the same Report Ribbon Tab button. The software automatically chooses Circular vs. Total Runout depending on the feature type you select - i.e. plane, line vs. circle. cylinder, etc.

Re: Printing reports

Yes... Just turn on the Feature Report. There is a button near the middle of the Report Ribbon Tab. This Feature Report will list actual value for each feature measured.

Re: REPORTING AN OPERATION LOOP

I think there is an issue with report order when using Operation Group, have you tried Batch Run instead? Batch run allows you to run groups of parts with Rectangular offset / grid as well but will manage reports better since each part is truly a separate program execution.
