Re: Joystick Control After "unexpected Touch"

Thanks for the responses, I guess maybe I am a bit impatient in regards to waiting for the blinking light. I will try both methods above

Re: Joystick Control After "unexpected Touch"

I guess I wasn't clear with my question. This happens when I am developing the program. This morning the probe was moving from one point along and edge to the next and hit or "touched" a blob of hot glue. So in a case like that how do I get control back at the joytstick to move away etc.?

Joystick Control After "unexpected Touch"

CMM-Manager 3.8 SP1 LK G-90C Bridge Style CMM Renishaw PHC 10-2 Controller With PI 200 Probe Interface Metris handbox / joystick As of now when I get an unexpected touch, say I "touch" a setup block or something not part of the cad. The machine stops and at this point the only way I know to get "con...

Re: Make MMC "bonus" tolerance part of report

Any way to get this on the list of improvements? It seems like all the pieces are there. It's not a big deal on a small part, but what happens when I get a part with a couple of hundred holes?

Here is a screen grab. The four points can be "fit" to a plane of about 0.004 error.

Make MMC "bonus" tolerance part of report

I am a new user and have gotten to where I can get the MMC Bonus tolerance to calculate properly in cartesian and polar coordinates. However when the report is previewed and made, the only tolerance that shows up is "total". Is there a setting or option to have CMM manager include the bonus toleranc...

Align to "non planar" surface

I'm a low time bridge CMM guy but a high time portable CMM guy (Laser Trackers with Spatial Analyzer). On a G-90C LK CMM with CMM manager 3.8 Is there a way to align to a lofted surface as a primary datum? I have a small section of wing surface. Approximately 10" X 10" X .060" thick; the curvature o...
