I was incorrect. We are using a Medium force module and not extended force. Sorry about the confusion.

We use an Extended Force module with a PH20 with no problems. We use it on a probe that we have extended out to the max length of the probe assembly.

When you look at it that way it makes sense. It is just hard to enplane to the customer that when the actual is the same as nominal that the graft looks like it is almost out.

The other thing I would like to see is the ability to change report tolerance on dimensions on multiple like features at the same time. I know you can recreate them but I usually have notes in the reported features and I then have to go back and put the notes back in each feature. This is time consu...

User defined dimension

Why is the out of tolerance graft bar in the red on a user defined dimension when the actual is the same as the nominal? This makes the dimension look out of tolerance.

The only time we would use the note is when the gauge is missing or a problem with that gauge. When we do the annual calibrations a year later sometimes some of the hand gauges are missing.
